National Skill Training Institute, Ludhiana Hosts 3rd Convocation Ceremony
Ludhiana, October 26 – The National Skill Training Institute (NSTI), Ludhiana, organized its 3rd Convocation Ceremony, where 180 students from the 2023-24 batch were honored with certificates for successfully completing their courses. Additionally, students who secured 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions in the All India Trade Test for Craft Instructors, held in August 2024, were awarded trophies and certificates of appreciation.
The event commenced with a Saraswati Vandana performed by the students, followed by a welcoming speech from Dr. Parminder Tilanthe, Deputy Director/Principal. After this, the Chief Guest, Mr. Jagdish Chand, Assistant Director of the Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Punjab, delivered the keynote address. Mr. Tarlochan Singh, President of the Association of Ludhiana Machine Tool Industry, attended the convocation as the special guest. He congratulated the students on their achievements and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence, while also emphasizing the importance of skill development in today’s world.
Mr. Subhash Chandra, Regional Director of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Himachal Pradesh, also graced the occasion as a guest and shared inspiring words with the students, wishing them success in their future endeavors.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Gurmeet Singh, Assistant Director at NSTI, Ludhiana. The convocation ceremony was a significant occasion for all attendees and will be remembered for years to come.
