Session on "Learn to Live: Stay Healthy and Fit with Ayurveda" Organized by PHDCCI
Chandigarh: The Regional Media, Sports, and Entertainment Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a session on the topic "Learn to Live: Stay Healthy and Fit with Ayurveda" at the PHD House, Sector 31-A, Chandigarh. The primary objective of the session was to promote the integration of Ayurveda with mainstream healthcare to enhance overall health care.
Rupesh K. Singh, Senior Member of PHDCCI, welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of health, prevention, and holistic treatment. He highlighted that the session would provide an in-depth discussion on the revival of Ayurveda, prevention, and health-centered healthcare models.
Diabetologist Dr. Vishwaroop Rai Chaudhary gave a presentation on the diagnosis of diseases, discussing significant health issues such as blood pressure and chronic kidney disease, and shared strategies to address these conditions. Acharya Manish, Founder of Jeena Seekho Lifecare Limited, emphasized the transformative effects of incorporating Ayurvedic practices into daily life, showcasing significant improvements in health and stressing the vital role of pure and nutritious food as the foundation of health.
The chief guest, Swami Gyananand Ji Maharaj, highlighted the importance of adopting Ayurvedic practices and principles for maintaining good health and a balanced lifestyle. He elaborated on the significant role of meditation in reducing stress, promoting mental health, and encouraging inner peace. He also emphasized the inseparable connection between a healthy mind and a healthy body.
In her concluding remarks, Bharti Sood, Regional Director of PHDCCI, expressed gratitude and stated that the in-depth knowledge shared during the session greatly enhanced the participants' understanding of Ayurveda. Senior members of PHDCCI, including Supreet Singh, Amit Madan, Nishche Bahl, and Parv Arora, were also present at the event.
